🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We call it our "Glow Guarantee."
Eligibility Window:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return:

Email us at [returns@aravelleskincare.com] with the subject line: Return: Order #[YourOrderNumber] .

Include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason (this helps us improve our formulas).

We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Conditions:

Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or significantly tampered with (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).

Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a damaged product.

Refund Timing: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and inspect the return.
Damaged / Defective Items:
If your product arrived leaking, broken, or appears to be defective, please take a photo of the item and the box and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
