1. Order Processing Times
Because we prioritize the freshness and quality of our products, please allow time for careful preparation:

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

High Volume Periods: During new product launches, restocks, or major sales, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is perfect.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time displayed by the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options based on your location:

*International delivery times vary significantly based on destination country and customs processing. Delays at customs are beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Aravelle Skin Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates and import regulations before placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/concierge.

Look around your property (porch, side door, garage).

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark delivery early.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Policies

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
- Weather & Heat Sensitivity: Some skincare products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. During summer months, we take extra care in packaging, but we recommend that you bring your package indoors promptly after delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. Aravelle Skin Care is not responsible for product texture changes caused by extreme weather exposure after delivery confirmation
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives with a broken bottle or a leaking product, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit:
If a package is lost in transit and has not received a tracking scan update for 7+ days (Domestic) or 14+ days (International), please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement order once the claim is approved.
Stolen Packages ("Porch Piracy"):
Aravelle Skin Care is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are stolen from your property. We recommend shipping to a secure location (workplace, PO Box, or using a carrier pickup location) if you have concerns about package theft in your area.
7. Returns Related to Shipping
Please see our full Return Policy for details on returning items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.
